We listen, act, and transform
My name is Monica, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner proudly serving individuals and families throughout Washington state. After seven years of experience as a psychiatric nurse, I have recently transitioned into the nurse practitioner role, graduating with honors and deepening my commitment to providing thoughtful, compassionate mental health care. Working with individuals across the lifespan, including children and adolescents, has
given me a broad understanding of the diverse challenges people face and the resilience they carry within them.
My approach to care is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I believe mental health treatment should go beyond simply “bandaging” symptoms. While medication can be an important part of treatment, lasting wellness comes from understanding the root of the problem and building practical life skills that empower you to move forward with confidence. Together, we will work to
identify patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and develop tools that allow you to function fully and live a meaningful, balanced life — not one defined by a diagnosis.
I am currently accepting new clients for telehealth appointments, with plans to offer both inoffice and telehealth services in the near future. My practice hours are Fridays and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing flexibility for those balancing work, school, or family responsibilities. After a comprehensive initial evaluation, I provide ongoing medication management tailored to your unique needs and goals. Seeking help takes courage, and you deserve care that feels safe, respectful, and genuinely supportive. It would be an honor to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing and
growth.
